The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited cardiac sonography program, RDCS or RCS certified, with at least one year of echocardiography experience and BLS.

Job Summary:
Ultrasonographer Echocardiography Technologist opportunity in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. This role involves performing high-quality diagnostic echocardiography studies across inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and surgical settings. The position emphasizes technical proficiency, independent judgment, and compassionate patient-centered care to support cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Cardiac Sonography, Echocardiography, or Diagnostic Medical Sonography program. Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Minimum one year of echocardiography experience. Travel experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Excellent communication and patient care skills. Strong organizational and computer skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians and care teams. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Additional Information: This position requires that candidates have a dependable personal vehicle due to rural location and lack of public transportation. Housing is not provided; candidates are responsible for securing accommodations prior to start date. Credentialing is due 5 business days prior to assignment start. The assignment begins on Wednesdays during the week of orientation, with contractual hours adjusted accordingly during the initial week.
