• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ambulatory or acute cardiac settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms.
• Administer treadmill stress tests and monitor results.
• Administer holter and event monitors as part of patient care.
• Collaborate with cardiovascular team to ensure quality imaging.

Job description

The Echocardiogram Technologist is a patient care position including performing of echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, stress portion of nuclear testing, treadmill stress tests, administering holter and event monitors.

Required Qualifications:

• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire or National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 2 years of experience in ambulatory or acute cardiac setting.
