You will interact with patients, explain procedures, and prepare them for scans, ensuring comfort and safety while delivering high-quality diagnostic data.

The role requires RDMS/RDCS credentials or equivalent on hire, B.S. or A.S.

Qualificações

• AHA Basic Life Support (CPR) within 30 days.
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) at hire.
• RDCS (Cardiac) at hire.
• RDCS Adult Echo at hire.
• RDCS Fetal Echo at hire.
• RDCS Pediatric Echo at hire.
• RDMS Abdomen at hire.
• RDMS Breast at hire.
• RDMS Neurosonology at hire.
• RDMS OB/GYN at hire.
• RDMS Pediatric Sono at hire.
• Vascular Sonography Tech (RVT) at hire.
• Cardiac Sonographer (CCI) at hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ECHO/Vascular procedures per department standards and physician orders.
• Operate ultrasound equipment, computers, and accessories.
• Respond to schedule changes and STAT exams; maintain reliability on-call.
• Coordinate technical tasks and patient flow in supervisor's absence.
• Interview patients; obtain relevant medical history and required consents.
• Maintain sterile technique and prevent cross-contamination.
