Job summary

The Christ Hospital Health Network in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Sonographer to perform non-invasive vascular and echocardiography testing, develop patient relationships, and support research and protocol adherence.

You will work with the latest equipment, participate in quality assurance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited ultrasound training program or ARDMS registry in related ultrasound specialty (echo/vascular) or registry eligible.
• Must have at least one year of previous experience performing respective modality; or graduate within 6 months of hire from a diagnostic ultrasound program, preferably CAAHEP approved.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written/verbal).
• Knowledge of DICOM, imaging equipment, and quality assurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular and/or echo testing and duties of a Sonographer.
• Follow established testing protocols and produce high-quality study images & data.
• Obtain patient history prior to each test.
• Ensure documentation supports the exam and results.
