Your Responsibilities:

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms and stress echo exams following protocols.
• Conduct vascular ultrasound studies including carotid, venous, arterial, ABI, etc.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
• Obtain patient history and present findings to physicians.
• Assist with accreditation processes.
• Operate ultrasound equipment safely and maintain it properly.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Travel to client locations safely.
• Maintain ethical professionalism.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Active RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI) Certification
• Active RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI); RVT/RVS a plus
• Completion of an accredited ultrasound program
• At least 2 years of ultrasound experience
• Proficiency in cerebrovascular, venous, and arterial imaging
• Active BLS Certification
• Ability to handle heavy equipment
• Valid Driver's License

Working Conditions:

• Work at outpatient centers, hospitals, clinics, with travel in all weather conditions.

Physical Demands:

• Stand, walk, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Occupational Exposure:

Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens; protective equipment required.
