Job summary

Qualifications

• ARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac/vascular sonography required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• Experience in echocardiography preferred depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Perform/coordinate ultrasound exams per department protocols.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with staff and patients.
• Document results and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and transport.
• Mentor caregivers and students in equipment use and technique.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and education opportunities.
