Job summary

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the clinical team; coordinate patient care and resources.
• Assist staff and ensure effective communication among care team members.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving in clinical and operational issues.
• Delegate staffing and monitor unit operations; ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Maintain professional relationships and support staff development and performance.
