We are seeking a dedicated Echo Technologist to provide echocardiographic and non-invasive cardiologic examination services to patients of all ages. The role involves performing procedures with care, compassion, and respect, prioritizing patient well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and positioning patients and equipment safely according to established procedures.
• Performing and processing M-Mode, Two-dimensional, Color Flow, and Doppler Echocardiograms; assisting with Transesophageal Echocardiograms.
• Maintaining, compiling, and preparing findings for physician interpretation and archiving.
• Obtaining high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images.
• Communicating effectively with patients and radiologists regarding findings, histories, and test results.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience in Adult Echocardiography preferred.
• AA, AS Degree or equivalent college hours in health science, natural science, nursing, or related fields.
• Current Ultrasound registry required; registry must be obtained within one year of hire with either Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCS) or The American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDCS).
• Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to perform work requiring frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
