Job summary

Trinity Health Livonia is seeking an Echocardiographer to provide adult echocardiography, stress testing, ECGs and Holter monitoring within the Noninvasive Cardiology department. The role requires operation of diagnostic ultrasound equipment and adherence to safety standards.

The position is part-time, day shift, contingent, and offers competitive benefits and a comprehensive rewards package. Applicants must have an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program and ARDMS certification.

Qualifications

2-year or associate degree in diagnostic medical sonography (ARDMS registry or equivalent).
ACLS certification required for stress testing; new hires have 3 months to comply.
Educational needs in accordance with license.

Responsibilities

Provide adult echocardiography, stress testing, ECGs and Holter monitoring.
Operate imaging equipment per policy and safety standards.
Communicate with patients, physicians and health personnel; interpret results and adjust procedures.
