Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Echo Technologist to join our hospital partner in Georgia. You will perform high-quality echocardiograms, document and archive results, and communicate critical findings to the care team.

This contract role features a 10-hour day shift (8:00 AM–6:30 PM) with on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate holds RDCS or RCS certification, has at least one year of echo experience in a healthcare setting, and demonstrates strong anatomical knowledge, communication, and attention

Qualifications

• Current RDCS or RCS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of Echo Tech experience.
• Experience performing adult echocardiograms in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic and imaging procedures as ordered by providers.
• Accurately document, analyze, and archive imaging results using hospital systems.
• Communicate promptly with physicians and care teams regarding critical findings.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to hospital protocols and best practices.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development as required.

Job description

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Echo Technologist with strong imaging skills to support patient care in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract role offers a consistent 10-hour day shift schedule of 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, totaling 40 hours per week. Contribute your specialized expertise in echocardiography while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Schedule & Shift Details

• 10-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• One night on-call shift per week (End of shift until 7:00 AM)
• On-call may be a weekday or a weekend; weekend call is infrequent
• No standard weekend rotation currently
• Call coverage required for major holidays; department open on the evening of holidays
• No floating to other units

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a registered Echo Tech (ARDMS or CCI preferred)
• Prior experience performing adult echocardiograms and echo imaging in a healthcare setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities and respond promptly
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Adaptability and strong attention to detail

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
