Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Echo Tech with current RDCS/RCS certification and at least 1 year of echo experience to perform echocardiograms in a clinical setting in Concord, NC. The role requires careful image capture, accurate interpretation, and collaboration with physicians and nurses to support patient care.

Candidates must hold RDCS/RCS or equivalent certification and demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, reporting, and patient interaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Echo Tech performing echocardiograms in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Proficient with imaging equipment and procedures specific to echocardiography (adult or pediatric as required).
• Certification from an accredited program (RDCS, RCS, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sonographic anatomy and cardiac terminology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in image capture and reporting.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized ultrasound equipment to perform echocardiograms according to clinician orders.
• Identify, record, and interpret images of the heart and related structures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain processes, and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain clear and detailed records in compliance with department and healthcare standards.

Job description

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
