Qualifications

• Graduate of a cardiac echocardiography program approved by the AMA Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation, or completed equivalent training.
• National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from ARDMS upon hire.
• National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound imaging procedures according to department standards for patients of all ages.
• Serve as a customer service representative to patients, their families, the public, and the medical staff.
