Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Echo Technician to join our nationwide network serving residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will perform echocardiograms to assess cardiac structure and function, supporting accurate diagnoses for a geriatric population.

Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification required.
  • Prior experience performing echocardiograms required.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to travel as needed.

  • Prepare patients for procedures and ensure comfort and safety throughout testing.

  • Accurately document procedures and upload studies to designated systems.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to infection control, HIPAA, and facility policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
  • Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities as assigned.

Job Summary
