Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a day shift, full-time Pediatric Echo Tech to perform ultrasound imaging of the heart and support physicians in diagnosis. You may be eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $15,000.

Join Lovelace Women’s Hospital as part of a team delivering safe, compassionate care with advanced technology. Required credentials include accreditation or ARDMS/CCI registration, NM licensure within one year, and BLS; experience in pediatric echocardiography is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS or CCI registered.
• Two (2) – Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing pediatric echocardiography imaging.
• ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCCS or RCS) or equivalent registered or eligible.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Responsible for providing ultrasound imaging of the patient’s heart to assist physicians with the diagnosis of the patient.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
