Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas in Little Rock seeks a Registered Cardiac Sonographer to perform advanced cardiac ultrasound exams per approved protocols, ensuring image quality and meticulous documentation, while promoting patient safety and comfort.

Candidate must be ARDMS or CCI registered and CPR certified, with at least two years in cardiac sonography; neonatal/LVAD imaging experience preferred. An associate or bachelor degree is recommended but not required if registry is obtained.

Job description

Working Hours: Either 5 8 Hour shifts or 4 10 hour shifts are available. 0630-1700 (4 Days) 0630-1500 (5 Days)

Summary:
Provides variety of sonographic images per approved protocols, maintains quality images and documentation, and responds to patient safety, mental and physical comfort.

Other information:

• Registered as an adult cardiac sonographer, ARDMS or CCI. An Associate degree, Bachelor degree preferred, in sonography or related field is recommended but not required if registry has been obtained.
• CPR Certified
• Minimum of two year's experience dedicated to cardiac sonography with a current year in neonatal and LVAD imaging experience.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
