Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas in Fort Smith is seeking a Medical Sonographer to perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations following approved protocols. You will maintain high-quality images and documentation while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an approved Sonography Program, is ARDMS certified or registry eligible, CPR certified, and meets the Imaging Technologist Advancement Program requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Sonography Program.
• ARDMS certification or registry eligibility.
• CPR certification.
• Meets the requirements for the Imaging Technologist Advancement Program.

Responsibilities

• The Medical Sonographer provides a variety of sonographic images per approved protocols, maintains quality images and documentation, and responds to patient safety, mental and physical comfort.
