Job summary

Cedars-Sinai Marina del Rey Hospital seeks an Echocardiography Technologist to support the Non-Invasive Cardiac Laboratory. You will perform echocardiograms, Doppler, and color flow studies, with meticulous documentation and patient communication.

Requirements include 1 year of echocardiography experience, a vocational/technical diploma in ultrasound, and RDCS/CCI certifications within one year of hire; BLS is required. Join a team focused on safety, excellence, and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• 1 year ultrasound experience in echocardiography.
• Diploma or technical training in ultrasound/echo.
• Certifications: RDCS and CCI within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D/Doppler/Color Flow echocardiography and related studies.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for tests.
• Accurately document results in electronic medical records.
• Maintain competency and participate in in-service programs.
• Assist with weekend and shift duties as assigned.
• Attend educational programs to stay current.
