Job summary

IU Health Arnett Hospital is seeking an Echo Team Lead to oversee daily operations in the Diagnostic Radiology department. The role includes managing scheduling, PTO, and budget planning, while leading process improvements and staff development.

A focus on patient-centered care and staff performance will be essential. The position requires 3-5 years of radiology experience, BLS certification, RT(R) credentials, and an ISDH radiologic license.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Ability to maneuver equipment and improvise positions when needed.
• Active status as a Registered Technologist - Radiography, RT(R) per ARRT.
• Radiologic Technologist license from Indiana ISDH.

Responsibilities

• Plans the work flow and employee distributions within the department.
• Provides various lead functions within the Diagnostic Radiology department with functional guidance to staff.
• Ensures staff interact positively with patients and care for patients from pediatric through geriatric.
• Promotes a team-oriented and service-conscious environment to ensure high operational standards.
