Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a day-shift, full-time Echocardiography Lab Tech to perform ultrasound imaging of the heart and assist physicians with diagnosis.

The role requires completion of an accredited ultrasound program with ARDMS/CCI certification, state licensure within one year, and ongoing compliance with licensure and registry maintenance. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available. You will join a dedicated team focused on patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS or CCI.
• One (1) year of experience in the healthcare/hospital environment.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registration or eligibility.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide ultrasound imaging of the patient’s heart to assist physicians with diagnosis. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
