Job summary

Lovelace Health System in Albuquerque, NM seeks a dedicated Echocardiography (Echo) Lab Tech for day-shift, full-time work. You will perform cardiac ultrasound imaging to support physicians in diagnosis and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications include completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS/CCI, ARRT/ARDMS or equivalent registration, NM licensure within one year, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Join a team delivering advanced cardiovascular care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing ultrasound imaging of the patient’s heart to assist physicians with the diagnosis of the patient. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS or CCI.
• One (1) year of experience in the healthcare/hospital environment.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registration or eligibility.
• Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree.
