  • Perform carotid duplex ultrasound examinations to assess blood flow dynamics and plaque characteristics within the carotid and vertebral arteries using real-time imaging, spectral Doppler analysis, and color flow imaging.
  • Identify pseudoaneurysms and arteriovenous fistulas through duplex ultrasound evaluation and, under physician direction, perform ultrasound-guided compression techniques to facilitate treatment.
  • Assist physicians with thrombin injection procedures for pseudoaneurysms, intraoperative vascular imaging, preparation of required equipment and supplies, and proper disposal of used materials while maintaining strict adherence to sterile technique and operating room protocols.
