Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, part of Universal Health Services, seeks an ECHO Cardiology Tech for full-time daytime schedule with call. Proficiency in non-invasive cardiology studies (ECHO, EKG, Stress, TEE) required, with pediatric and adult echocardiography experience. BLS certification and ARDMS/RCIS/CCI licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Graduate of AMA Echocardiography Ultrasound program.
• 1 year experience in Non-Invasive Cardiology Echo, EKG, Stress.
• Adult and pediatric echo experience.
• American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in non-Invasive Cardiology studies including ECHO, EKG, Stress testing, and TEE.
• Perform M-mode, 2-D, Color flow Doppler on neonates, pediatrics and adults.
• Develop interdepartmental and physician relations; provide excellent customer service.
