Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Basic clerical, data entry and math skills required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry data and document ECG rhythms continuously.
• Record ECG changes accurately and report critical developments promptly.
• Troubleshoot telemetry equipment and maintain central monitors.
• Keep patient charts organized and maintain confidentiality of records.
• Ensure alarms are set and respond to monitor alerts per policy.
