Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking an ECG Tech - Holter Monitor Scanner to join a 100% FTE, 40-hour week. The role is a day shift with potential hybrid work 1–2 days per week after training, located at 2601 W. Beltline Hwy, Madison.

The position emphasizes on-site responsibilities with opportunities for flexible scheduling after training. You will perform Holter monitor placements and related ECG interpretations, contributing to cardiologist-reviewed reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Technical or Associate's Degree in Healthcare related field is preferred.

• Applies ECG interpretation skills to analyze and compile 24 and 48-hour Holter monitor reports for cardiologist review.
• Works with a collaborative team including other Holter scanning experts and physicians.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Day shift Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM. You will work at 2601 W. Beltline Hwy. Madison WI. This is a hybrid position - once you are fully trained, 1-2 days per week working from home is possible.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Technical or Associate's Degree in Healthcare related field preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year Experience in allied health related field required
• 3 years Electrocardiogram (ECG) Technician experience or comparable allied health experience that includes cardiac rhythm monitoring preferred
• 6 months Cardiac monitor scanning experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• CPR Certification with six (6) months of hire required
• Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) Certification or Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) within 12 months required
