Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Grad or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years hospital-related experience or CNA/EMT preferred.
• BLS certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and STAT ECG requests and document results.
• Identify patient, obtain history, and ensure privacy.
• Enter/edit data in ECG machine and transmit to mainframe.
• Prepare Holter monitors and ensure quality studies.
• Troubleshoot ECG issues and calm patients.
• Coordinate shift-to-shift updates and ensure timely completion of ECGs.
• Maintain equipment and supply levels; communicate needs.
