Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled ECEAP coaching lead in Washington to provide coaching, training, and technical assistance to subcontractor staff in person, virtually, and by phone or email. You will support continuous quality improvement, help programs achieve quality goals, maintain coaching records, and collaborate with DCYF partners and the ECEAP team to strengthen outcomes.

The role requires strong knowledge of child development and early learning systems and offers opportunities to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Three to five years of leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field.
• Experience coaching, training, or mentoring adults.
• Strong knowledge of child development, developmentally appropriate practices, and early learning systems.
• Knowledge of ECEAP, Early Achievers, and Washington State childcare regulations preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and successfully pass background checks.
