Job summary

Jefferson County Public Schools seeks an ECE Teacher (LBD) for Byck Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year, starting at 9:40 a.m. The position includes an Enhanced Support Stipend eligible component and a salary range of $48,479.56 to $99,924.76.

Certified staff may receive the Enhanced Support Zone stipend of $6,000 for 2026-2027, plus potential salary credit for up to 25 years of approved previous experience. Closing date is 07/23/2026.

Qualifications

• Kentucky certification appropriate to the grade level and curricular assignment.
• Experience and preparation required by the Board.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver the program of instruction based on approved curriculum.
• Monitor, evaluate, and communicate student progress.
• Maintain records and produce reports.
• Enforce Board policies, regulations, and rules.
• Supervise students.
• Secure and maintain school property and materials.
