Job summary

OneWorld Community Health Centers, Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks a full-time Early Childhood Education Coach to support the on-site learning team at the Learning Community Center of South Omaha.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in education or related field and at least three years of early childhood experience. You will coach teachers, monitor curriculum, and train community childcare providers using CLASS and ITERS/ECERS tools; bilingual English/Spanish is required, with a competitive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field is required.
• Three years of direct experience in early childhood education.
• proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Familiarity with CLASS/ITERS/ECERS is preferred.
• Experience coaching or training staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site child learning team to ensure quality in early childhood classrooms.
• Coach teachers, observe classrooms, and plan next steps in action plans.
• Assist with training for community childcare providers and coaches.
• Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure developmentally appropriate practices.
• Communicate with Program Manager regarding classroom issues and recommendations.
• Prepare program performance reports and report progress with observation tools.
