Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking an Early Childhood Education (ECE) School Site Classroom Assistant in Brookings, SD. This part-time role supports the Teacher in creating a caring, safe environment and assisting with activities to enhance the quality of education.

You will observe children, document progress, and relay information to parents and staff while implementing developmentally appropriate activities under supervision.

Qualifications

• Childcare experience with infants and toddlers is required.
• Able to communicate clearly with kids, parents, and staff.
• Understanding and applying behavior management principles.
