You will assist teaching staff with instruction, supervision, routines, and activities, under guidance of Site Supervisor and classroom leadership, to maintain a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment. Qualifications include six semester units in Early Childhood Education, eligibility for an Assistant Teacher Child Development Permit, CPR/First Aid, mandated
Qualifications
- Six (6) semester units/credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development.
Responsabilités
- Assist with developmentally appropriate classroom activities, learning centers, small-group instruction, and daily routines under the direction of classroom leadership.
- Prepare instructional materials, classroom supplies, learning centers, and activity areas.
- Support implementation of established lesson plans and classroom schedules.
- Encourage children's participation, exploration, communication, creativity, and development through positive interactions.
