Responsibilities

• Acts as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, guiding priorities and enterprise strategy.
• Leads annual planning, resource forecasting, budget oversight, and program execution across the department.
• Facilitates leadership meetings with clear agendas, documentation, and follow-up on actions.
