Job summary

County of Los Angeles seeks an ECC Manager (Administrative Manager 12, ISD) to lead contract management and drive the County’s e-Procurement transformation. You will oversee staff, shape strategy, and align contracting practices with Countywide goals.

You will collaborate with 38+ departments, non-profits, and CBEs, developing specifications, statements of work, and governance for equitable procurement. A strong background in public contracting and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience in managing or assisting in the management of an organization, including directing a budget, personnel, fiscal, and other administrative functions.
• Two years' experience at the level of Administrative Manager 10, ISD or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead ECC operations, directing and evaluating professional staff.
• Develop contracting strategies and standardize procurement processes.
• Coordinate contracting efforts across County departments and external partners.
• Develop training curricula and provide technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
