Job summary

The Edinburg Center, Inc. is hiring an ECBT Clinician to support children ages 3 to 5 with emerging behavioral, emotional, developmental, or sensory needs in community settings around Bedford, MA.

The role emphasizes family-centered care and trauma-informed practice. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide assessments, therapy, caregiver coaching, and coordination with pediatricians, Early Intervention, and schools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field is required.
• Experience with young children and families in behavioral health preferred.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license may be required.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans.
• Deliver developmentally appropriate, play-based interventions and caregiver coaching.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Coordinate with families and community providers for smooth transitions to preschool/school services.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in supervision and professional development.
