Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced EC135 SPIFR/NVG captain based in Middlefield, OH to transport patients across the United States. You will operate as the primary pilot, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while supporting community healthcare initiatives.

The role requires CAMTS qualifications, instrument rating, and a strong customer-service mindset. A fast-paced hospital-transport environment offers growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Commercial and Instrument Helicopter ratings required.
• First Class Medical certification required.
• CAMTS requirements with flight-hour thresholds specified.
• Weight restriction policy of 235 lbs or less.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Must reside within one-hour commute of the base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EC135 SPIFR/NVG pilot for air ambulance operations.
• Perform line-pilot duties in accordance with GOM and CAMTS guidelines.
• Support safety programs and community outreach initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and assist with patient and equipment loading.
• Work on a 7/7 day/night rotation schedule.
