Zusammenfassung

REACH Air Medical Services in Hillsboro, OR is seeking an Area Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) to ensure safety and airworthiness of our EC135 fleet across the footprint. This role performs mechanical inspections, repairs, and keeps FAA records up to date, while coordinating with the Lead Technician and flight crew to deliver timely patient transport.

The ideal candidate has 3 years turbine helicopter experience, an A&P license, and a strong understanding of FARs.

Qualifikationen

• Three years turbine-powered helicopter experience.
• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Experience with EMS systems and maintenance records.
• Able to work flexible hours including overtime and on-call.
• Must pass FAA drug and alcohol testing.
• Able to push/pull 100+ lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance services including inspections and repairs; provide updates to Lead Technician.
• Manage inventory checks and update equipment tracking logs.
• Document FAA paperwork and adhere to policies including information security.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment for aircraft maintenance and flight crew.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and team members.
• Work with EMS personnel and operations teams professionally.
