Grow in Greenville, NC is seeking a Special Education Pre-K Teacher Assistant to support a Sadie Saulter EC PreK Program classroom. You will help implement daily instructional activities, organize materials, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment for young learners.

Reports To: Classroom Teacher and EC Pre-K Coordinator

Starting Pay: NC05, $17.33 (subject to changes)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of developmentally appropriate behaviors in both typical and atypical preschoolers
• Ability to model professional behavior and appropriate student conduct, including reliable attendance and appearance
• Strong communication skills with students, families, and staff
• Ability to support early literacy, oral language development, and social-emotional learning
• Capacity to encourage creativity, independence, and problem-solving in young children
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Team-oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
• Complete bus driver training and obtain a CDL (Commercial Driver's License)

Responsibilities
