Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier relationships, call suppliers, pull in requests, order acknowledgements and update ERP with delivery dates.
• Manage inventory for items under responsibility, ensure correct part, quantity and timing.
• Obtain and analyze supplier quotes.
• Resolve receiving issues, missing documents, discrepancies, quality concerns, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments on purchasing, engineering, production, R&D requests.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this job is to manage the purchase and delivery of materials, supplies, equipment, and services which have been issued for purchase.

Essential Functions*:

• Purchase material, components, supplies and services as needed. This includes issues PO, PO managing price, QTY, specifications, delivery date and terms
• Review MRP messages and execute in timely manner.
• Supplier relationship, call supplier, pull in request, order acknowledgements, providing accurate delivery dates to supply chain team and updating ERP
• Inventory management for items under his/her responsibility, bring right part, right QTY, right time.
• Obtain and analyze supplier quotes
• Solving receiving issues, missing documents, discrepancies, quality concerns etc
• Coordinates with internal departments about purchasing request, engineering request, production request, R&D request, etc
• Other duties as assigned.
