Maas Energy Works is seeking an EC Associate to join our Environmental Commodities team in support of RFS compliance and data reporting. You will collect, enter, and track data for environmental credit programs and assist with regulatory submissions.

Under supervision you will learn internal systems, handle data accurately, and contribute to project registrations in EPA EMTS, WREGIS, and M‑RETs. This entry-level role provides mentorship and opportunities to grow in renewable fuel regulations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize and manage data accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with compiling, organizing, and maintaining data for environmental credit programs (RFS, REC, M-RETs).
• Support registration and maintenance of renewable energy projects in EPA EMTS, WREGIS, and M-RETs.
• Help track and document credit activities (generation, transfer, retirement) and maintain accurate records in internal databases.
• Gather and organize documentation from internal teams to support applications, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Assist with preparing and submitting quarterly, annual, and ad‑hoc reports for regulatory agencies and third‑party verifiers.
• Communicate credit shares and respond to basic inquiries from internal stakeholders and regulators as directed.
• Participate in training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and industry forums to stay informed on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Provide administrative support and respond to team requests as needed.
• Some travel may be required.
