Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

• Experience working with diverse student populations preferred.
• Bilingual fluency is beneficial in some settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver rigorous instruction to students using standards-based objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and adjust materials to provide differentiated instruction.
• Develop instructional units and enrichment opportunities for collaboration and project-based learning.
• Assess and document student mastery and growth using multiple assessment tools, including formal and informal assessments and standardized tests.
• Maintain accurate attendance records, grade reports, and state/local assessment data.
• Engage parents by initiating conferences and sharing progress to support student learning.
