Job summary

HV Mental Health & Wellness Center in Lewisville, TX, part of Lemond Nutrition's sister clinics, seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to lead eating-disorder treatment alongside a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Two+ years post-licensure experience treating eating disorders in outpatient settings.
• Training in CBT-E, FBT, DBT or ACT is a plus.
• Comfortable working with dietitians and prescribers in a mixed caseload.
• Experience with insurance-based practice and timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults, with eating disorders as primary specialty.
• Collaborate with in-clinic dietitian, nurse practitioner, and psychologists to coordinate care.
• Carry a caseload of roughly 25–33 client sessions per week once credentialed, with protected time for documentation and care coordination.
• Help shape the eating-disorder program: intake pathway, level-of-care criteria, family involvement, and referral relationships with higher levels of care.
• If LPC-Supervisor designation: supervise an LPC Associate as the program grows.
