On-site work four days per week, about 4.5 hours per shift, with weekly supervision. The ideal candidate holds LMSW (LCSW preferred), 3–5 years of psychiatric experience, and training in evidence‑based eating disorder treatments (e.g., CBT-E, CBT-AR, FBT).

Qualifications

• Licensed MSW required and active license to practice social work.
• 3–5 years of experience treating psychiatric patients.
• Experience with eating disorders or commitment to this population.
• Training in evidence-based treatments for eating disorders (e.g., CBT-E, CBT-AR, FBT).
• Competency in individual, family and group modalities for outpatient care.
• Knowledge of bio-psychosocial model, DSM-V diagnoses, and discharge planning resources.
• Experience using an electronic medical record.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver discharge planning and coordinate care within outpatient setting.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and care planning in the EMR.
• Participate in weekly expert supervision and continuous education.
