LGTC Group seeks compassionate counselors to join its eating disorder residential facilities in San Jose and Los Gatos. We support adolescents (12–17) and adults (18–59) on their recovery journey, providing crisis support, group sessions, and modeling healthy eating behaviors.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated counselors to join LGTC's eating disorder residential facility in San Jose and in Los Gatos. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to our adolescent (12–17-year-old) clients in San Jose or adult (18-59-year-old) clients on their journey to recovery. Milieu Counselors can become part of the client’s major support system, and as such, derive great satisfaction from making a powerful difference in their lives. Counselors manage crisis situations such as food refusal, emotional breakdowns, and more. Counselors are empowered to be creative in their approach as personal strengths, skills and passions (e.g. yoga, art, hobbies…) may be integrated into our program.
We have on-call positions open at both the adolescent and adult facilities. We have a full-time opening at the Cambrian location that requires the ability to work Saturday PM (3-11:30pm). The ability to work one weekend day is required, and we are looking for applicants who can commit to a set schedule for at least six months.
We welcome applicants who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with eating disorders. Join us in providing hope and healing in a supportive environment.
