Transforming Age in Lincoln, NE is hiring a Floor Tech (Custodian) for full-time work. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining diverse floor surfaces, operating floor cleaning machines, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires a can-do attitude, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly pay starts at $16.00–$18.00 DOE with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Floor care experience required.
• Experience in senior living or hospitality is a plus.
• Can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must operate shampooing machines and know floor-care chemicals.

Responsabilités

• Cleans and maintains all floor surfaces (carpet, tile, linoleum, wood, etc.).
• Keeps equipment and supplies clean, neat and organized.
• Sweeps, mops, shampoos and operates floor cleaning machines.
• Responds quickly to spills and prevents accidents.
• Cleans and sanitizes public areas (hallways, restrooms, dining areas).
• Provides excellent customer service to residents.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

We have an amazing opportunity for a Eastmont - Floor Tech (Custodian) Full-time to join our team!

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Floor Tech (Custodian) who would like to have a meaningful role where they are valued every day! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping the community looking great and have a passion for people who will appreciate your hard work.

The hourly rate for this role starts at $16.00 to $18.00 DOE.

Work hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 pm

What You Need To Succeed

Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Floor care experience.
• Previous experience in a senior living community or hospitality setting is not required but is highly desired.
• Can-do attitude and work ethic.
• Must be able to operate shampooing machines and have knowledge of the floor care chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• Be able to reliably work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.
• Self-motivated and a desire to have the cleanest floors in town.

Physical Requirements

• Be able to lift/push/pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
