Job summary

Neodent USA is seeking an Area Sales Director to lead revenue growth across Surgical and Restorative product lines in the United States. You will manage Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers, develop strategies, and ensure KPI targets are met.

This full-time role requires 10+ years of sales experience with at least 4 years in leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver’s license. Travel up to 0-80% is expected across the region, including New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales experience with at least 4 years of prior sales management experience in medical device and/or dental industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, maintaining auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and updates the Area Business Strategy/Plan to ensure company sales direction is executed for Surgical and/or Restorative product lines.
• Develops sales strategies to maximize sales revenue and meet established business targets.
• Directs Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) and Territory Managers (TMs) to achieve individual and region sales goals through a consistent achievement of established KPIs.
• Trains, develops, coaches and mentors RSDs and TMs to develop regional and territory management, including sales processes, leadership skills, product knowledge, industry knowledge, selling skills, and overall sales success.
• Implements and monitors Neodent’s Sales Systems, including CRM and other performance metrics.
