Job summary

Community Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Eastern Region overseeing on-site operations across Middletown and surrounding sites.

The role drives service quality, patient experience, and fiscal health by implementing standard workflows and performance improvements. The position partners with clinical leadership to optimize appointment access, utilization, and patient satisfaction while overseeing revenue cycle improvements and policy development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' progressive supervisory or management experience in healthcare services.
• Experience with EHR including clinical/practice management/revenue cycle.
• Experience delivering care via telehealth platforms and virtual patient communication.
• Familiarity with insurance carriers and payer regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directs, leads, and supervises the Operations Managers in the region in support of quality patient care and service.
• Partners with clinical leadership and support functions to achieve goals in appointment access, utilization, patient satisfaction, and wait times.
• Works with site management and Patient Accounts/Billing to improve revenue cycle performance and develop guidelines and procedures.
• Defines and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Recommends toolsets and programs to improve operations; monitors site-based KPIs; travels regionally as needed.
