Job summary

10-4 Logistics is recruiting CDL school graduates for an Eastern regional dry van fleet. You will begin with mentor-led training and paid orientation to build the skills needed for regional freight.

After successful completion, you will drive your own assigned truck with weekly or bi-weekly home time and a competitive compensation package including benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL and have 120 hours of instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and prioritize safety.

Responsibilities

• Train with mentor and paid orientation.
• Move to solo driving with an assigned truck after completing the mentor program.
• Operate no-touch dry van freight on Eastern regional routes.
