Job Description

The purpose of this role is to generate leads, qualify prospects, develop relationships, and negotiate and close sales with broad supervision within an assigned geographic territory.

We are primarily seeking candidates fluent in Eastern European languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Moldovan.

  • Target leads and strategically develop relationships with qualified prospects and new customers.
  • Secure appointments, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales of relevant company offerings.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests, addressing customers’ wholesale needs where appropriate.
  • Coordinate with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities for meeting SMART gallon and profit goals.
  • Consult with the Divisional Director of Sales to develop closing and sales strategies as needed.
  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultations to customers.
  • Manage accounts toward SMART gallon and profit objectives.
  • Stay current with changes in the fuel industry, delivery systems, and competitor activity.
  • Gather market intelligence to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s purpose, ensuring high-level support for guests and team members.
  • Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Two years of telemarketing sales experience preferred or three years of telesales experience.
