Eastern European Speaking Account Development Manager I, Fleet Solutions

Pilot Company (SSC)

The purpose of this job is to generate leads, qualify prospects, develop relationships, as well as negotiate and close sales with broad supervision in an assigned geographic territory.

We are looking primarily for those who are fluent in Eastern European languages such as Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, Lithuanian, Romanian, and Moldovan.

Responsibilities
  1. Target leads and strategically develop relationships with qualified prospects and new customers
  2. Secure appointments, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales of relevant company offerings
  3. Respond to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests promptly, addressing customers’ wholesale needs where appropriate
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with company stakeholders to maximize opportunities to meet SMART gallon and profit goals
  5. Consult with Divisional Director of Sales to develop closing and sales strategies as needed
  6. Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultations to customers
  7. Manage accounts toward SMART gallon and profit goals
  8. Stay current with changes in the fuel industry, delivery systems, and competitor activity
  9. Acquire market intelligence to adapt strategies and tactics accordingly
  10. Model behaviors that support the company’s purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  11. Ensure all activities comply with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Two years of telemarketing sales experience preferred or three years of telesales experience
