Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years’ experience with medical equipment and solutions.
• Strong presentation skills to executives and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall customer partnerships and governance with key stakeholders.
• Lead customer business reviews and report on performance.
• Drive metrics and analytics to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Travel to customer locations and align with customer time zones.
