Job summary

Philips seeks an Enterprise Service Program Manager (East Zone) to own customer partnerships and governance across multi-site healthcare accounts. You will advocate for the customer, align objectives with contract obligations, and drive value through data-driven reviews.

You will coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams to shift from break-fix to customer solutions, monitor metrics, and support program risk management while ensuring timely project execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience within healthcare and with routine client interaction.
• 5+ years’ experience and understanding of Medical equipment.
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to key stakeholders and executive leaders; MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; understanding of healthcare service metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related work experience.
• ITIL and/or Customer Success certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall customer partnerships and governance with key stakeholders.
• Lead the shift from break-fix to customer-focused solutions and promote compliance.
• Promote performance using metrics and analytics; drive accountability for service delivery.
• Communicate business plans to stakeholders and align field teams with objectives.
• Manage multi-site programs and monitor cross-project dependencies and risks.
